OK food, OK atmosphere, but the actual menu you look at to order had a funky smell to it. All 4 of them smelled bad. They must wipe them off with a dirty cloth.

-- ZERO STARS -- Got the order wrong on one fajita order (ordered beef and got chicken) and didn't have the state of mind to offer any sort of discount; and to boot, the chicken was poorly cooked, almost cool. I would say "you get what you pay for" but th

This place was just below gross . To begin, our service wasn't good. He was slow, made no recommendations, just not good. We were a group of 6. We got 2 small cups of salsa and two baskets of chips. We ordered cheese dip, I'd skip it. It was just canned dip. We finally got our food. I had the carne asada. It was ok, it was very grisly. I was only able to eat half of it. It was flavorless. We chalked it up to a place we probably won't go to again. We ate around 7pm. Fast forward to midnight. 3 of us start waking up with stomach issues. I will spare you the details but when you are on spring break in a cabin that only has one bathroom and 3 people with food poisoning, it didn't end well. The bathroom was a revolving door. My dad called the owner and he said that the owner was nice and offered us a couple free meals. In my opinion he should of refunded my dads money. We did not take the free meals btw. We ended up having to stay an extra day because we couldn't make the drive home. Save yourselves some tp and dignity and skip it.

Service was good & very friendly. Food was good, too, but a bit pricey for Mexican fare. Interior decor was cheerful, colorful, and pleasant - reminiscent of 3 Margaritas in Colorado Springs. The small patio had a nice view of nearby mountains to the west. Overall, we'll go back!

My family and I ate at this restaurant today, and we wish we hadn't. The service was SLOOOWWWW, and the food was just average. We waited almost 45 mins for our food, with no compensation. With a 4 year old and an 18 month old, this was not a pleasant experience. We were definitely hoping for better in such a cute town. We'll definitely not be back.

We've been traveling through Woodland Park for years, and never stopped at the Casa Grande. So when they moved into a new building that looked fun and inviting, we decided to forgo our favorite Woodland Park Mexican restaurant, Fiesta Mexicana. Unfortunately, it was not to be. While the atmosphere was good, not great, the food and ambiance just didn't match up to Fiesta Mexicana. So, we keep going to Fiesta Mexicana

Mexican Cuisine

If you enjoy Taco Tuesday, then you have officially fallen in love with the Mexican Food. The main grain of Mexican cuisine is maize. Also known as corn, maize is grown for the past 9000 years after the crop was discovered by the people in Mayan civilization. Mexican empire flourished when they started growing beans, tomatoes, chili pepper, sweet potato and cactus. Till this date these ingredients are used in cooking authentic Mexican dishes and drinks.

Great use of spices, fresh chili pepper dishes like fajitas, tortilla chips, corn chips, salsa, chimichangas, burritos, nachos and quesadillas are invented in America. But when you are looking for authentic Mexican food then you must find a restaurant in the city that serves Rajas con Queso, Garbanzo in a Guajillo Chile Sauce, Pork Filled Chiles Rellenos, Chiles en Nogada, Molcajete Salsa, Pico de Gallo and Frijoles de la Olla. An eye-opening fact – Mexican don't like their food hot. They use fresh chili and other spices to create a flavor that lingers in your mouth.

Mexican food is great for those who are Gluten Intolerant as they use Corn instead of wheat in most of their dishes. Also, you can easily find many beans based Mexican dishes. Another dish which didn't get similar glory as tacos or nachos is the Mexican hot chocolate. If you love something hot on a chilly day, then go for Mexican Hot Chocolate. On merry days, you can enjoy the authentic Mexican Drinks like Tequila, Mezcal, Tecuí, Sotol, Bacanora, Charanda, Posh O Pox, Puebla and Pulque. Mexican Cuisine is for people who enjoy strong drinks and hearty meals.
